For more than a twenty years, our family has been on a voyage of discovery into all things related to living a healthy, happy life. This interest was driven by our own experiences of stress and anxiety, health challenges in our family unit, and trying to raise a family and run a business in the modern world. What we’ve come to realise, is the different aspects of our well-being…mind, body, soul, relationships with others and connection to nature, are so closely inter-related, that they all need regular care and attention to achieve balance and harmony.
During lockdown for Covid-19, we found we were relying ever more on the tools and techniques we’ve gathered, to help us navigate through the uncertainty and challenges the situation was bringing. We decided to put our time to good use by sharing everything we’ve learned, and continue to learn, in one place, so that other people might benefit and find a way to navigate through also.
This has evolved into a place to share yoga, nutrition, meditation, mindset training, natural products and wellness techniques, community initiatives and more. In harmony with body, mind, soul, nature & others, for health & well-being. A place people can come to feel better.
Gill is a Registered Seasonal Yoga teacher, with a long-standing passion for learning about improving health and well-being. She is currently undertaking a 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training course and has completed a series of workshops with Jo Phee on AcuYin and MyoYin yoga, as well as all three levels of the Be Lean Eat Green Accredited Nutrition Course. She is naturally curious and never to be found without some kind of learning on the go!
Her approach to health and wellness is about consistency, regular practice, and aiming to do our best for the majority of the time, rather than striving for perfection.
