Avocado Chocolate Orange Mousse

An easy way to incorporate Avocado into your diet

Chocolate orange mousse...A great way to get avocados into your diet if you don't like the texture. The avocados need to be soft, squeeze in the orange juice then blitz. Add couple of tablespoons (maybe more) of cacao and some maple syrup to taste.

According to TCM Avocado is cool and sweet, supports the stomach and large intestine, helps with detoxification and clearing excess heat in the body. Orange is cold and damp, supports the spleen, stomach and lungs, clears internal heat, guides the stomach downward and produces body fluids. Avocados are rich in iron, copper, phosphorus, potassium, beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin K and vitamin E. They help balance our acid-alkaline content, are easily digested and are good for the blood. Oranges are high in calcium, potassium, beta-carotene and vitamin C. They are stimulating, tonifying and cleansing for our systems. The cacao is rich in zinc, magnesium and copper, contributing to energy metabolism, psychological function and protecting cells from oxidative stress. Not a bad result for a wee fridge clear out 😂 #inharmonywithyourbody #inharmonywithyoursoul #foodismedicine #inharmonywithnature #seasonalyoga #tropicskincare
